Mavenark Asset Managers Pvt Ltd is seeking a Service Manager - Head to lead our client servicing department, ensuring exceptional customer support and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership : Oversee the service department team, providing guidance, training, and performance management to ensure high standards of service delivery.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, understanding their needs and addressing any issues promptly to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Service Operations Oversight: Manage daily operations of the service department, ensuring that service requests are handled efficiently and effectively. Ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining quality service.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and uphold service standards and policies, conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company practices.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare comprehensive reports on service metrics, customer feedback, and operational performance for senior management review.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within the service operations and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., IT, finance) to streamline processes and resolve complex customer issues.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in service management or a related role within the Asset Management Companies, Mutual Funds or Wealth Management.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and service management software.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications : Relevant NISM certifications
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards in India.
- Experience in implementing service improvement initiatives.
