Role Overview:
The Performance Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, enhance engagement, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). This role will oversee performance marketing efforts across paid search, paid social, programmatic advertising, and display advertising, ensuring data-driven decision-making and alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Execute Performance Marketing Strategy
Create a comprehensive paid marketing strategy that aligns with Mikos business objectives.
Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through PPC, paid social, display advertising, and programmatic campaigns.
Optimize campaigns for efficiency and scalability across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and other advertising platforms.
Ensure all campaigns are data-driven, performance-focused, and aligned with growth targets.
2. Campaign Management & Optimization
Manage end-to-end execution of search, social, display, and video advertising campaigns.
Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to improve CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
Conduct A/B testing to refine messaging and optimize budget allocation.
Leverage AI-driven tools and automation for real-time campaign optimization.
3. Performance Analytics & Insights
Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and identify growth opportunities.
Leverage Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tracking tools to derive actionable insights.
Create and maintain performance dashboards and reports to measure CAC, LTV, ROAS, and overall marketing ROI.
Utilize consumer insights, heatmaps, and competitive benchmarking to refine marketing strategies.
4. Cross-Channel Integration & Organic Growth Synergy
Ensure paid and organic marketing efforts are aligned for a cohesive omnichannel strategy.
Collaborate with the SEO and content teams to improve website conversion rates and enhance customer journey experiences.
Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and compelling marketing messages.
5. Brand Positioning & Consumer Engagement
Refine and communicate Mikos brand messaging across all paid marketing channels.
Ensure ad copy, visuals, and storytelling align with Mikos mission of AI-driven learning and companionship.
Monitor consumer sentiment and market trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
6. Budget Management & ROI Optimization
Own the performance marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation to maximize ROI.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on reach and engagement.
Continuously refine budget distribution across platforms for optimal results.
7. Agency & Vendor Management
Manage relationships with external media agencies, ad networks, and marketing vendors.
Ensure campaigns are executed with high quality and align with brand objectives.
Regularly evaluate agency performance and optimize partnerships.
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid advertising, and digital growth strategies in B2C or D2C brands.
Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, programmatic advertising, and display advertising.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and performance tracking tools.
Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and data-driven marketing.
Proven ability to scale paid marketing campaigns efficiently across geographies.
Experience working with global audiences and multi-country ad campaigns.
Strong understanding of brand positioning, audience segmentation, and customer behavior.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Masters preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, AI-driven ad platforms, and programmatic advertising.
Experience managing high-growth digital marketing budgets.
