Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned PR & Investor Relations Manager to lead MicroMittis public relations strategy and investor communications. The ideal candidate will have strong editorial relationships, media connections, and expertise in financial storytelling to enhance MicroMittis market positioning among HNIs, family offices, institutional investors, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Public Relations (PR)

Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies to build MicroMittis brand reputation in the media and investment community.

Foster and maintain strong editorial relationships with financial media, business journalists, and real estate-focused publications.

Secure media coverage in leading financial and business outlets, including Economic Times, Moneycontrol, Business Standard, Forbes, etc.

Craft press releases, thought leadership articles, and media pitches to highlight MicroMittis investment products and market insights.

Manage brand positioning, crisis communication, and PR campaigns to enhance visibility.

Organize press conferences, media roundtables, and industry events to engage with stakeholders.

Investor Relations (IR)

Develop and manage relationships with institutional investors, HNIs, family offices, and PE/VC firms to enhance investor confidence.

Prepare investment reports, presentations, and financial summaries to communicate MicroMitti’s growth story effectively.

Work closely with leadership to create compelling investor narratives that align with business goals.

Coordinate investor events, roadshows, and webinars to attract new investors and maintain existing relationships.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and investor sentiment to guide communication strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

6-10 years of experience in PR, investor relations, or corporate communications, preferably in real estate, PropTech, finance, or investment sectors.

Strong editorial relationships with top financial journalists and media houses.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with expertise in financial storytelling.

Experience in handling media crises, brand reputation management, and investor communications.

Ability to craft compelling content for press releases, investor decks, and financial reports.

Understanding of capital markets, real estate investments, and investor engagement strategies.

Proven track record of managing stakeholder relationships, investor meetings, and public relations campaigns.

MBA in Finance, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
