Lead Corporate Communications & PR (AGM/GM)

As Lead Corporate Communications, your key responsibilities will include Media Relations & Management, Content Writing and managing relationships with industry bodies.

• Create and implement communication vision for Savills brand, which creatively and consistently promotes its unique position in the marketplace.

• Create and drive PR strategy for Savills India in line with the organization strategy and engage with all the internal and external stakeholders in the process
• Establish and strengthen relationships with relevant media houses, editors and correspondents
• Develop media and content briefs for various purposes and different stakeholders
• Proactively identify relevant media opportunities to enhance Savills India profile
• Create and drive a content plan and develop content such as blogs and articles covering industry-relevant topics
• Work closely with the Research team to make research outcomes relevant to the audience and extract relevant stories
• Leverage all the channels to drive communication most innovatively and efficiently.
• Manage relationships with key industry bodies and associations like UKIBC, CII, FICCI, ensuring active participation and strategic communication to increase brand visibility
• Manage internal and external communication response to crisis situations
