Role & responsibilities

The Head of Public Relations and Investor Engagement will:

• Leverage AI platforms like ChatGPT to create dynamic, data-driven investor communication materials.
• Develop engaging presentations using Hagen generators for both retail and institutional investors.
• Optimize the use of digital media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, financial forums) to drive investor interest and engagement.
• Build and maintain a state-of-the-art IR portal on the company website featuring financial reports, presentations, and AI-powered Q&A resources.
• Coordinate live and virtual Q&A sessions between the CEO, CFO, and investors, ensuring professional and timely responses.
• Collaborate with the Company Secretary and NOMAD to ensure compliance with AIM regulations and standards for all communications.
• Promote CT Automotives achievements, ESG initiatives, and market developments to enhance visibility.
• Build relationships with financial journalists, influencers, and industry-specific PR platforms.
• Use AI-driven analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of communication campaigns.
• Optimize strategies based on real-time engagement data to maximize visibility and reach.
• Act as the central point for all PR and IR activities, ensuring seamless communication with the global executive team.
• Support the NOMAD in preparing investor communications, regulatory updates, and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive AI-driven PR and IR strategy tailored to the needs of an AIM-listed company.
• Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to automate and enhance the creation of investor presentations, FAQs, and digital content.
• Design and distribute cutting-edge investor presentations via Hagen generators and maintain them on both the company website and external platforms.
• Collaborate closely with the Company Secretary and NOMAD to ensure all communications meet AIM compliance standards.
• Monitor and analyse engagement metrics using AI-powered analytics tools to refine communication strategies.
• Manage and grow the company's presence on key social media platforms and financial forums.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Communications, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Public Relations, Investor Relations, or Digital Marketing, preferably for a publicly listed company.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper AI) and advanced presentation tools (e.g., Hagen generators).
• Strong knowledge of digital media channels and their use in driving investor engagement.
• Familiarity with AIM rules and collaboration with NOMADs and Company Secretaries is a plus.
• Proficiency in AI tools for content creation and automation.
• Expertise in analytics platforms (HubSpot, Google Analytics, or similar).
• Strong understanding of investor-focused digital media strategies and tools.
