1. Research Analyst Meetings: Schedule regular meetings with research analysts from top broking and research companies to gain insights into industry trends, competitor analysis, and market outlook.

2. Industry Report Analysis: Analyze industry reports, research studies, and market research to stay updated on the latest developments and trends.

3. Competitor Tracking: Monitor competitor activity, including mergers and acquisitions, product launches, and strategic partnerships.

4. Market Intelligence: Gather market intelligence on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.

5. Industry Event Participation: Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to stay informed and network with industry professionals.

Investor Sentiment Analysis

1. Market Research: Conduct market research to gauge investor sentiment, including surveys, focus groups, and social media analysis.

2. Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitor investor sentiment, identifying areas of strength and weakness.

3. Industry Trends: Identify emerging industry trends and their potential impact on investor sentiment.

Benchmarking and Best Practices

1. Peer Analysis: Conduct regular benchmarking analysis against industry peers, focusing on stock

performance, financial metrics, and investor sentiment.

2. Best Practices Research: Research best practices in investor relations, including reporting, disclosure, and engagement strategies.

3. Industry Associations: Engage with industry associations and networking groups to stay updated on the latest developments and trends.

4. Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and best practices with other departments and teams to promote a culture of transparency and collaboration.

Financial Performance

1. Total Shareholder Return (TSR): Measures the total return to shareholders, including dividends and capital gains.

2.Stock Price Performance: Tracks the company's stock price movement over time.

3. Market Capitalization: Monitors the company's market capitalization and its impact on investor

perception.

4. Enterprise Value (EV) to Earnigs Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA)*:

Maintain an EV/EBITDA ratio of 10x or lower

5. Price-to-Earnings (P/E) Ratio*: Maintain a P/E ratio of 20x or lower

Stakeholder Relationships

1. Analyst Coverage and Recommendations: Maintain coverage by at least 10 analysts, with a minimum of

70% "buy" or "hold" recommendations

2. Investor Sentiment Analysis: Achieve an average investor sentiment rating of 80% or higher

3. Stakeholder Engagement Survey: Achieve a stakeholder satisfaction rating of 90% or higher
