Associate - Investor Relations

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Evaluate and execute opportunities for inorganic growth, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and strategic partnerships.
• Create and manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties, including shareholders, analysts, and potential investors.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide insights and feedback to the executive team on market perceptions and investor sentiment.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, marketing, and other internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and alignment of investor communications.
• Prepare presentations that effectively convey the companys point of view and engage stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in data analytics, data modeling, and database management.
• Ability to convert data into actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Understanding of financial and business metrics with the capacity to analyze and interpret them effectively.
• Experience in industry research, competitive analysis, and benchmarking.
• Demonstrated traits of patience, diligence, resilience, and a proactive mindset.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduates from B-schools or exceptional undergraduates with a keen interest in the fintech industry.
• Professionals with at least 2 years of experience, preferably in roles related to investment banking, private equity, venture capital, consulting, financial due diligence, or commercial due diligence.
• Experience in the aforementioned fields is advantageous but not mandatory; candidates with a strong analytical mindset and a hunger for learning are encouraged to apply.
