About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager - Public Relations to lead and execute impactful PR strategies that elevate our brand, strengthen media relationships, and drive positive engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a creative mindset, and a proven ability to manage complex campaigns and crises effectively.

1.Strategic Planning & Execution

Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies aligned with business objectives.

Craft compelling messaging for media outreach, press releases, and public-facing materials.

2. Media Relations

Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and key media outlets.

Proactively pitch stories to secure positive media coverage.

Manage inquiries and provide timely responses to press queries.

3. Reputation Management

Monitor public and media sentiment to address potential issues proactively.

Handle crisis communication plans and responses to mitigate risks effectively.

4. Campaign Management

Oversee the execution of media events, interviews, and press conferences.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated marketing campaigns

Measure the effectiveness of PR campaigns and provide actionable insights.

5. Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing PR team.

Manage external PR agencies and vendors as needed.

6. Content Development

Write and edit high-quality content, including press releases, opinion pieces, blogs, and speeches.

Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
