- The Manager / AD - TA will lead and oversee the talent acquisition process, focusing on attracting and retaining top professionals in the service industry. The role will involve developing recruitment strategies, enhancing employer branding, and shaping the overall workforce plan.

Description:

- Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization.

- Partner with company executives to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process.

- Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.

- Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.

- Implement new sourcing methods (e.g., social recruiting and Boolean searches).

- Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies.

- Design, plan and execute employer branding activities.

- Prepare and review our annual recruitment budget.

Profile:

A successful 'Manager / AD - TA' should have:

- 5+ years of overall experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition with Masters Degree

- Work Location: South Mumbai, Mumbai

- Work: 5 days, Hybrid

- Candidate should come with experience dealing with the Professional Services / Consulting industry
