- The Senior Manager TA is responsible for driving full life-cycle recruiting and candidate experience initiatives across various Tech roles.

Description:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment and candidate experience initiatives for roles like SAP, ServiceNow, Oracle, Cybersecurity, etc.

- Forge strong business partnerships with stakeholders to understand future talent needs and shape hiring strategies.

- Streamline operational processes and find ways to deliver a consistent, scalable recruitment experience for all stakeholders.

- Build and maintain lasting relationships with vendors.

- Evaluate new vendors and their offerings.

- Guide and mentor team members to enhance overall recruitment efforts, setting performance goals, metrics, timelines, and a formal tracking system to monitor progress.

- Foster a collaborative team environment, contributing to broader Talent Acquisition strategies by providing direction to the recruitment team.

Profile:

A successful 'Sr Manager TA' should have:

- 14-19 years of overall experience in Talent Acquisition

- Open to CV Raman Nager, Bangalore as a location - Hybrid work mode (2 days in office)

- Candidate should come with experience in volume hiring for roles like SAP, ServiceNow, Oracle, Cybersecurity, etc.

- Candidate should come with experience in handling at least 16+ team size

- Candidate should come with experience in Business Consulting/ IT Services/ Software Development/ Technology industries
