Role - Title Proposal & Contract Specialist

Role Summary -We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Proposal & Contract Specialist to support our Business Development (BD) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing proposals, managing contracts, and providing extensive CRM support. This role requires strong coordination with internal stakeholders, including the legal and operations teams,

to ensure smooth contract negotiations and compliance.

What the role entails Key accountabilities/ responsibilities

• Develop proposals in a pre-defined format in response to client Requests forProposal (RFPs).
• Revise and update proposals as required.
• Manage the end-to-end contract cycle, including contract document review and negotiation in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Handle legal portals and ensure timely submission of necessary documents.
• Provide extensive CRM support to the BD team for client and contractmanagement.
• Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure BD support and alignment with operational capabilities.
• Maintain and prepare data for monthly reviews and performance assessments

Education Requirement - Science graduate/post-graduate with a background in clinical research.

Experience 3-4 years of experience in clinical research with exposure to proposal development

and contract management
