BASIC SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Strong planning and organizational skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Demonstrate ability to build and maintain effective relationships with all functional units across all Cliantha Research sites. Knowledge of basic regulatory guidelines for the conduct of BA/BE studies. Excellent customer service skills and ability to understand and apply knowledge from technical manuals required.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Þ Initiation of Feasibility with internal technical team after thoroughly reviewing the new inquiry

Þ Follow-up and tracking of feasibility from internal technical team

Þ Preparation of BA/BE Proposal / Quotations

Þ Preparation Proposal Documents

Þ Develop / review pre-study and study related contracts for BA/BE studies and provide comments/responses

Þ Prepare contract modifications/ change orders, including scope of work revisions and budget modifications

Þ Customization of contracts taking into consideration internal, study and sponsor requirements

Þ Preparation, review and finalization of Rate Card as requested

Þ Review of the CDA documents

Þ Review and finalization of the MSA

Þ Responsible for revisions in contracts and proposals templates

Þ Preparation of monthly forecast sheet as requested

Þ Maintaining Confidentiality in all aspects of client information as per companys policy and procedure

Þ Responsible to keep up to date records of the quotes shared with sponsor

Candidate Preference:

• Post Graduate (Pharma) candidates with relevant experience in contracts and proposals for BA/BE studies.
• Excellent English communication skills.
