Hiring RFP Manager

The RFP Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Requests for Quotations (RFQs). This role involves coordinating with various internal teams to gather necessary information, crafting compelling proposals, and ensuring timely submission of high-quality responses that align with client requirements and company capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will work on the following activities:

• Search, review and analyze RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs to understand client requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Supporting the RFP in the research, writing, and editing responses to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., development, marketing) to gather necessary information and inputs.
• Facilitating pre-proposal planning meetings/strategies with the team.
• Collaborating with company directors and seniors to ensure specific content are complete and accurate and always try to find new and innovative ways to improve existing content.
• Ensure all proposals are submitted on time and in the required format.

Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Master's degree preferably in economics, management or engineering.
• Knowledge in Softwear field and development of website and mobile app.
• Knowledge of RFP or similar role within an IT firm (4-6 years of experience)
• Knowledge of specific RFP tools .
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of industry-specific terminology and regulations.
• Confidence in operating within a client-facing environment.
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
