Manager /Assistant Manager - Contracts Engineer

Hi,

We are looking for Assistant Manager - Contracts at KEAN Construction.

Brief JD mentioned below:

• Inviting RFPs for commercial contracts from contractors / service providers for construction packages.
• Working on the contracting process from contract drafting to execution and post execution per projects requirements.
• Understanding the commercial & legal implication of contract clauses, redline changes, etc.
• Comparison of quotes wrt Rate analysis of construction activities.
• Negotiation with contractors / vendors.
• Managing contracts with various consultant / individuals. This includes reviewing & checking the scope, cost & other deliverable.
• Finalization of contracts by discussions with internal & external stakeholders.
• Ensuring accurate & timely delivery of project deliverable.
• Obtain approvals for management
• Creating and keeping up-to-date project documentation and coordination with project head daily operation an reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate working with a real estate company.
• Job Location - Prabhadevi, Dadar.
