Proposal Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a Proposal Writer with a strong background in responding to IT Staffing RFPs (Request for Proposals) in North America (USA and Canada). The ideal candidate will be skilled in identifying the right opportunities, analyzing RFPs, and crafting compelling and compliant proposals that align with our company's competencies and strengths.

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of proven experience in writing and managing responses to IT staffing RFPs in North America (USA and Canada).
• Strong understanding of the IT staffing industry, including technical roles, hiring models, and client needs.
• Ability to qualify RFPs based on strategic fit and ROI potential.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a focus on clarity, grammar, and conciseness.
• Experience in using boilerplate content while customizing responses to meet unique RFP requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other proposal development tools.
