Administration Manager

As the Admin Lead in the HR & Admin Department, you will oversee the comprehensive management of facility maintenance, infrastructure modifications, and safety protocols. You will ensure smooth general administration, including stock management and support for employee engagement activities. Your role involves effective vendor management, administrative purchasing, and maintaining travel and visitor services. You will also be responsible for leading and developing your team, ensuring high levels of internal customer satisfaction.

Facility & Infrastructure Management

• Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of the entire facility, scheduling periodic maintenance, and implementing infrastructure modifications as required.
• Ensure 24/7 safety and security across the facility.

General Administration

• Manage office supplies and maintain adequate stock of brochures and gifts.
• Support the Event team in employee engagement activities and ensure all licenses are updated on regular basis.
• Ensure ISO audit compliance and clearances.

Vendor Management / Purchase

• Handle effective vendor management including invoicing, payment, and negotiation.
• Ensure timely administrative purchases and manage costs within budget constraints.

Travel Desk / Visitors Management:

• Oversee Travel Desk operations and manage the Front Desk and visitor services to ensure a professional and efficient experience.

Team Management / Personal Attributes:

• Lead, train, and develop team members to enhance performance and satisfaction.
• Maintain high levels of internal customer satisfaction through effective team management and support.
