Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the administrative functions of multiple projects to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Implement standardized processes and tools for project tracking and reporting.
• Manage and allocate project resources, ensuring optimal utilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align resource planning with project priorities.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and address budget discrepancies promptly.
• Serve as a central point of contact for project-related queries and updates.
• Evaluate current project administration practices and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and best practices.
• Supervise and mentor the project administration team, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance skills and performance.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on proactive resolution.
• 8 - 12 years of experience in administration roles.
• Office-based with occasional travel to project sites as required.
• MBA preferred
