Facilities and Administration Manager

Role & responsibilities

Oversee the maintenance, repair, and smooth operation of the IVF centres infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and specialized medical equipment.

Ensure regular inspection and preventive maintenance schedules for all facilities and equipment.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

5+ years of experience in facilities management, preferably in healthcare or a medical environment.

Strong knowledge of healthcare safety regulations, including infection control protocols.

Experience managing HVAC systems, medical gases, and critical healthcare equipment.

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Proficiency in facilities management software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Any Graduate

Experience in IVF or other specialized medical centres will be preferred
