OTR Project Head

The Project Manager is responsible for understanding the technical requirements of the project. He or she shall
thoroughly understand the design documents, specifications, references, and project scope. The Project Engineer s
role includes coordinating and preparing all technical documentation to build a prefab solution according to customer
requirements within time schedule and the defined quality. Strict attention to detail, understanding of time constraints,
and implications of proper documentation all add up to an effective Project Engineer. As part of the engineering team
the Project Manager will be working closely with Project Head, Technical Leaders, and Production Specialist
(Factories), this position is responsible for the technical portion of projects at execution stages. Works well in a team
to consistently meet challenging goals.

Job Description
Vendor co-ordination for timely dispatch of Materials.
Experience in Material Handling at site in coordination with Vendor.
Manages the relationship between the Project team and all cross-functional areas critical to the success of
the Project as well as customer contacts, while maintaining an understanding of the value of the Project
under development for representative.
Strong experience in handling customer
Prepare Projects Drawing, Handling Technical Consultants
As part of the engineering team the Project Engineer will be working closely with Project Managers,
Technical Leaders, and Production Specialist (Factories), this position is responsible for the technical portion
of projects at execution stages.

Qualifications
Graduate in Electrical Engineering with Auto CAD certification/Experience.
Candidate should have 10-15 years experience in Project Management.
Working in Data Center Projects an additional Advantage
Should have service-related experience.
Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
Must be an expert user of MS office suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook.
Experienced in current technologies and ERP oracle platforms an additional Advantage.
