Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Adobe Commerce (Magento) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing e-commerce websites using Adobe Commerce (Magento). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client requirements and drive business success.
Key Responsibilities: - Development and Customization:
- Design, develop, and maintain e-commerce solutions using Adobe Commerce (Magento).
- Customize and extend Magento themes and modules to meet business requirements.
- Implement integrations with third-party APIs and payment gateways.
- Performance Optimization:
- Optimize website performance, scalability, and security.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve issues related to speed, performance, and functionality.
- Technical Collaboration:
- Work closely with designers, product managers, and QA teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Platform Maintenance:
- Monitor and maintain the health of Magento systems, including updates, patches, and server management.
- Ensure compliance with best practices in coding, security, and version control.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Document development processes and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for solutions delivered.
- Technical Expertise:
- 5 7 years of experience in Adobe Commerce (Magento) development.
- Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks (e.g., Knockout.js, jQuery).
- Proficient in Magento 2 architecture, theme customization, and module development.
- Integrations and APIs:
- Experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs, payment gateways, and third-party services integration.
- Performance Optimization:
- Knowledge of caching techniques (e.g., Varnish, Redis) and performance tuning.
- Version Control:
- Hands-on experience with Git or similar version control tools.
- Other Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Adobe Commerce (Magento) certification is a plus.
- Experience with headless commerce and PWA (Progressive Web Apps).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Adobe Commerce Cloud.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
