Independent handling of design activities & requirement handling
Perform design calculations and tolerance analysis
Managing parts and assembly and in team center
Creating base design and its variants
Concept generation and evaluation
Design and Develop 3D parts and drawings based on inputs from customer
Experience level 3+ years
Required skills :
Knowledge on plastic & sheet metal parts design and manufacturing process
Knowledgeable in manufacturing and assembly processes and techniques involving injection molding, press tools, post-processing techniques
Experience in preparing/maintaining Bill of materials
Experience in 2D / 3D assembly drawing preparation
Knowledge on GD&T and Tolerance stack-up
Hands on experience in design of components, Assemblies & BoM
Good hands on experience UG NX CAD tool with Solid Modeling, Assembly, Surface modeling, Drawing
