Job Description:
- Design and development of Jigs and Fixtures, Plastic Parts, Machined Components etc.
- Perform 3D modelling and drafting in UG/NX
- Prepare bill of materials in SAP
- Perform design calculations and tolerance analysis
- Process data through team center
- Basics of project management activities
- Perform tolerance stack-up
Mandatory skills
- Design and development of Jigs and Fixtures, Plastic Parts, Machined Components etc.
- Experience in Plastic part design and drawing creation
- Injection Molding process knowledge
- Interpreting mold flow simulation results
- Very Good CAD experience using UG NX & Team center
- Knowledge in Automotive systems added advantage
- Knowledge on GD&T and Tolerance stack-up
- Good knowledge in designing fixtures, mounting brackets
- Work experience in handling data through SAP modules
- Ability to interact with Cross functional teams
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Problem-solving skills, analytical thinking & Self motivated
