Job Description
B.E./ B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech. (preferably in Plastic/polymer engineering).
Minimum Experience
- 4 years in injection mold design and manufacturing.
Technical knowledge of
- All types of plastic injection molds(viz. hot runner, cold runner, 3 plate, 2 plate, etc).
- Electrode design for manufacturability.
- CAM (preferred).
- Drafting and reverse engineering of parts.
- Mold drafting.
- All manufacturing processes related to mold manufacturing.
- Basic knowledge of different plastics and their properties.
Technical software required
- Thorough efficacy with UNIGRAPHICS (NX) with CAD and CAM both.
- AUTOCAD 2D, AUTOCAD 3D.
- AUTODESK MOLD FLOW analysis (Preferred).
Other basic requirements
- MS word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc
- Knowledge of and efficacy with the Internet.
- Team work and team spirit.
Responsibilities
- Mold design
- Electrode design
- CAM. (preferred)
- Mold & part drafting
- Making reference drawings for EDM, Wire-cut, milling, turning , etc
- Mold flow analysis (preferred)
- ISO documentation
- Participation in process planning and execution

- Gujarati (preferred)
