Job Description
Role:Practice Head Marketing Cloud
Responsibilities
- Practice Development
- Build and lead the Marketing Cloud function, establishing a team of at least 10 members within three months.
- Define and implement strategies to scale the practice in the Indian market and Global Capability Centers (GCCs).

- PL Ownership
- Manage the practice s financial performance, ensuring profitability and alignment with business goals.
- Drive strategic growth initiatives to maximize the benefits of Salesforce Technology.

- Sales Enablement
- Build a strong sales pipeline by leveraging market insights and existing networks in India and GCCs.
- Collaborate with sales teams to confidently engage with CMOs and other C-level executives.

- Team Leadership
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing Marketing Cloud team.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence in delivery.

- Technical Solutions
- Architect and deliver best-practice solutions tailored to client needs.
- Provide leadership support and ensure successful implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects.

- Client Engagement
- Develop strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Represent the practice in strategic discussions to deliver impactful outcomes for clients.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing PL and large teams of 40+ professionals in a complex delivery environment.
- Proven expertise in consulting, solution design, architecture, and delivery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations.
- Strong understanding of Marketing Cloud modules, marketing automation best practices, and Salesforce ecosystem integrations.
- Hands-on experience in delivering large-scale Marketing Cloud transformation projects for enterprise clients in India and GCCs.
- Certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (e.g., Consultant, Email Specialist) are highly preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to confidently engage with CMOs and other C-level executives.
- Demonstrated success in scaling practices, building sales pipelines, and driving business growth through innovative solutions.
