Role Summary :
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Marketing Cloud & Service Cloud Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud, with a proven track record of implementing and optimizing customer engagement solutions. This role focuses on driving personalized customer experiences, streamlining service operations, and delivering marketing campaigns through automation. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions that align with business objectives and enhance the overall customer journey.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud solutions to meet business needs.
- Develop personalized, data-driven marketing campaigns using Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.
- Enhance customer service operations by configuring Service Cloud features such as Case Management, Service Console, and Knowledge Base.
- Integrate Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud with external platforms for seamless data synchronization.
- Collaborate with marketing and service teams to define customer engagement strategies.
- Ensure system performance, security, and scalability while adhering to best practices.
- Provide end-user support, training, and documentation for Salesforce solutions.
What We Require :
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio) and Service Cloud (Case Management, Knowledge, Omni-Channel).
- Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, and integration using APIs for Marketing Cloud.
- Ability to configure and optimize Service Cloud features like workflow automation, service console, and case management.
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, and campaign automation strategies.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems and tools for seamless data flow and enhanced functionality.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service departments.
- Strong understanding of data management, reporting, and analytics within both Marketing and Service Cloud.
