Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
o Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key Quick
Commerce accounts.
o Serve as the primary point of contact for key account customers.
o Understand the clients business needs and objectives to provide tailored
solutions.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
o Identify opportunities to grow the business with existing clients.
o Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and
expand market share.
o Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development) to
align efforts and meet client needs.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication
and problem-solving.
- Monitor and report on account performance metrics.
-Address client issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
- Provide regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market
insights.
- Forecast and track key account metrics.
Supply Chain Coordination:
- Assist in managing the end-to-end supply chain process.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure timely
delivery of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to replenish stock as needed.
