The Opportunity:
We are looking for smart & creative candidates to collaborate closely with senior leadership, shape strategic HR initiatives, and foster a high-performance culture that drives business growth and employee engagement.
Objectives aligned to this role:
This dynamic position requires to partner with business leaders and drive organizational excellence by developing and executing human resources strategies that align with and support the achievement of business objectives.
What would you do?
Employee Relations:
- Act as a trusted advisor for employees and managers on workplace issues, conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Foster a positive work environment by implementing policies and practices that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Performance Management:
- Guide managers in performance review processes, goal setting, and employee development plans.
- Analyze and address performance gaps by providing actionable feedback and interventions.
Change Management:
- Partner with business leaders to manage organizational changes, including restructuring, mergers, or new initiatives.
- Ensure smooth transitions by communicating changes effectively and addressing employee concerns.
HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Leverage HR data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities within the business unit.
- Provide reports on key HR metrics, such as employee turnover, engagement levels, and training effectiveness.
Required Skills:
- Should have good communication skills. Ability to manage employee relations.
- Need hands-on experience in managing employee engagement, employee connects.
- Managing stakeholders, employee queries, escalations.
- Driving adherence to policy and processes.
- Retention management and Data analysis.
Academic Qualification:
- Master's degree in HR or related field from a reputed college/ university.
- Proficient in effectively communicating with internal stakeholders across various domains, including technology and business.
