Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership:
- Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Provide guidance on workforce planning, succession planning, and change management initiatives.
Talent Management:
- Drive talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future business needs.
- Facilitate performance management processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Identify skill gaps and design training and development programs.
Employee Engagement:
- Foster a positive work environment by implementing engagement programs and conducting regular feedback sessions.
- Act as a mediator to address employee concerns and grievances effectively.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Support in salary benchmarking and reward strategy development to attract and retain top talent.
- Partner with the compensation team to execute performance-linked incentives.
HR Operations and Compliance:
- Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with local labor laws and global standards.
- Manage employee records, HR audits, and operational excellence in HR processes.
Diversity and Inclusion:
- Promote a culture of diversity and inclusion through policies, hiring practices, and employee engagement initiatives.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Use HR metrics and analytics to provide insights and recommend data-driven solutions for business challenges.
Qualifications and Skills:
- MBA in Human Resources or equivalent from a reputed institution.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HRBP in IT Services or IT Domain.
- Strong understanding of IT business models and workforce dynamics.
- Proven expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and HR operations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in HR systems, data analytics, and reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment across multiple locations.
