Job Overview:

Meena Bazaar is looking for a seasoned HR leader with in-depth expertise in compliance and labour laws. The ideal candidate will oversee HR policies, ensure legal compliance, and drive HR strategies that support business growth in a multi-location retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Ensure 100% compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and regulatory frameworks
✅ Develop and enforce HR policies aligned with legal and industry standards
✅ Lead employee relations, grievance handling, and workplace dispute resolution
✅ Oversee payroll compliance, compensation structures, and benefits administration
✅ Stay updated on labour laws, audits, and HR legal matters to mitigate risks
✅ Implement HR strategies for talent acquisition, performance management, and engagement
✅ Collaborate with retail operations to optimize workforce planning

Required Skills & Expertise:

✔ 12+ years of HR leadership experience, with a strong focus on labour laws & compliance
✔ Deep knowledge of employment laws (Factories Act, Shops & Establishments Act, PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, POSH, etc.)
✔ Experience in handling audits, legal notices, and government labor inspections
✔ Strong HR policy development and implementation skills
✔ Expertise in HRIS, payroll systems, and data-driven decision-making
✔ Retail industry experience is a plus
