Job Overview:
Meena Bazaar is seeking an Accounts Manager to oversee financial management, compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial records, manage audits, and provide insights to enhance financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Financial Management Oversee accounting functions, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and taxation.
✅ Tax Compliance Manage Income Tax, TDS, GST, ESIC, EPF, and Professional Tax compliance.
✅ Budgeting & Forecasting – Assist in preparing budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
✅ Audit & Compliance – Handle balance sheet finalization and coordinate with external auditors.
✅ Reporting & Analysis – Provide financial reports to support business decisions.
✅ Team Management – Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
✔ 5+ years of experience in finance & accounting (Retail/CA firm experience preferred).
✔ Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and compliance standards.
✔ Proficiency in accounting software & MS Excel.
✔ Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to lead teams and manage audits efficiently.
