Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
  
• Oversee balance sheet finalization, income tax return filing (ITR), TDS returns, GST compliance, MIS reporting, and indirect taxation.
  
• Ensure timely submission of financial statements and adherence to accounting standards.
  
• Provide support for statutory audits and internal audits as needed.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-9 years of experience in finance & accounts role with a strong background in direct taxation (income tax) and indirect taxation (GST).
  
• CA qualification preferred but not mandatory; pursuing CA would be an added advantage.
  
• Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and Goods & Services Tax (GST).
  
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
