Job description:

• Meet sales promises by training, motivating, mentoring sales staff
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintain outstanding store setup and visual merchandising standards
• Maintaining the staff grooming & presentation skills
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc) in an authentic manner
• Ensuring standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met;
• Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry
• Coordinating with the store merchandisers to maintain optimum inventory levels at the stores.
• Build awareness of any ongoing promotions and discounts for staff and customers
• Ability to read sales data and analyse trends and guide the store team on the same.
• Connect with other store managers to understand their success stories and adapt new ideas from these stores
• Is skillful with time management and keeps the team involved during non rush hours, to manage the store inventory, displays, customer calling and overall management of store space.
