About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at Meena Bazaar. This role focuses on driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing store operations to ensure profitability and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Service:

• Achieve individual and team sales targets daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Provide exceptional customer service to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Implement sales campaigns and in-store promotions to boost footfall.
• Train staff on product knowledge and sales techniques, particularly in ethnic wear (e.g., sarees, suits, lehengas).

Team Leadership & Development:

• Lead, train, and mentor the store team to achieve consistent performance.
• Schedule staff effectively and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Create a positive work environment that encourages teamwork.

Inventory & Stock Control:

• Manage stock replenishment, regular audits, and minimize shrinkage.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and liaise with suppliers for product availability.

Store Operations & Visual Merchandising:

• Oversee daily store operations, including safety and hygiene standards.
• Ensure the store is visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.

Financial Management & Reporting:

• Manage store budgets and monitor expenses to ensure profitability.
• Handle daily reconciliations and provide sales and operational reports.

Who Were Looking For:

• Education: MBA/Postgraduate/Graduate.
• Experience: 7+ years in retail, preferably in ethnic wear.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Expertise in sales strategies and customer engagement.
• Proficiency in inventory management and financial acumen.
