Senior HR & Administrative Officer, MFG Plant , Vapi

Role & responsibilities

• Recruitment & Deployment : Recruit Blue Collar & White Collar Employees as per business requirement.
• Ensure the training adherence for all layers of employees. Coordinating the internal teams to adhere plan vs actual training's & maintaining Training Data.
• Have regular meetings with employees, solve employee grievances & maintain cordial relationship.
• Monitor and Maintain discipline in the shop floor and take appropriate disciplinary action in case of any indiscipline. Ensure adherence to company policies at all levels.
• Monitoring the absenteeism % month on month and take appropriate steps to Control unauthorized absenteeism.
• Ensuring Statutory compliance.
• Must be proficient in handling attendance/payroll & all factory related compliance.
• Handling General Administration related work.
• Co-ordinating with managing Housekeeping staff. Dealing with vendors.
• Maintaining Hygiene at the work place.
• Ensuring maintenance of company property & coordinating with repair & maintenance agencies periodically & whenever required.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate
2. Experience: 4-8 years.
3. Relevant Experience: Must have experience of manufacturing unit.
4. Must be efficient in handling HR & Administrative profile.
