Ecommerce Operations Executive - Medtech

We are looking for a Senior E-commerce Operations Executive to manage the logistics arm of the e-commerce platforms.

Responsibilities -

1. To Oversee and generate stock reports at all warehouses and monitor performance of warehouses.

2. Be the single POC for e-commerce platforms for all logistics related queries on a day to day basis.

3. Onboard the brand onto newer platforms and grow the online sales vertical.

4. Generate continuous stock transfers and coordinate with logistics parter for successful transfer of goods.

5. Take data driven decisions on minimising costs and improving storage efficiency at all warehouses.

6. Generate FBA and FBF shipments and handle end to end transfer of goods to the warehouses.

7. Ensure no warehouse has dead inventory and take swift actions to minimise the storage costs.

8. Analyse stock data and generate import orders for products to have enough stock in India.

Ideal Candidate Profile -

1. 4+ Years of experience in managing online platforms and ecommerce experience

2. Should be tech savvy and have a good understanding of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

3. Should have strong analytical skills to take decisions on stock transfers

4. Strong communication skills and have a good command over English Language

5. Should be pro-active and be able to get tasks completed within the given time.
