Finance Lead - India Finance

Participate in month-end year end closing activities related to record to reporting. Monthly review of financials with commentary over variances for Balance Sheet and PL Contribute during the Statuary audit, Internal and tax audit provide support in adhering to timelines Manage compliance with respect to Indirect tax coordinating with consultant to get GSTR monthly and annual compliances done. Manage compliance with respect to direct tax coordinating with consultant to get Advance tax, TDS, Income tax return filed. Assist in preparation and filing of NSTPI compliances FEMA related compliance. Facilitate clear communication with stakeholders and participate during monthly close meetings. Oversee the treasury function, including cash flow management, liquidity planning, and investment activities. Support the end-to-end accounts payable process. Manage end to end fixed assets accounting, working on Capex, CWIP to Capitalization sale/transfer transactions. Work closely for the budgeting and forecasting cycles. Create and maintain financial models, document assumptions to support both short-term and long-term planning efforts. Manage and develop a team of 4-6 members, guiding their growth and ensuring the delivery of high-quality work. Set clear objectives for the team, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback. Conduct performance reviews and evaluations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Train and mentor junior team members, share knowledge. Prioritize work and projects as required. Work on Balance sheet reconciliations and participate in blackline implementation. Work on process controls and risk matrix for all the critical processes. Work on Management reporting in Oracle Adhoc tasks, Simplification Automation Projects.
