Purchase Executive

Job Description: Update master data in the system related to Purchase Orders (POs). Track open supplier invoices and investigate delays if they remain open for more than two weeks. Update and maintain PO confirmations in the system. Create POs in the system based on packing lists provided by suppliers. Regularly review and clean supplier ASNs to ensure data accuracy. Follow up with suppliers regarding pending invoice payments and missing PO confirmations. Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to resolve discrepancies related to invoices and POs. Generate ad-hoc reports related to supplier performance, PO status, and invoice tracking. Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes. Provide insights from data analysis to improve procurement efficiency. Technical activities Work experience required: Bachelors degree. 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations. Strong knowledge of purchase order management and supplier coordination. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and MS Excel for reporting. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and coordination skills to work with suppliers and internal teams.
