Demand Planner

Work on multiple demand planning reports related to customer and item-level forecasting. Create and maintain reports that identify gaps between actual forecast, customer consumption, and customer confirmations. Prepare key insights from reports and share actionable recommendations with the onsite team. Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement in demand forecasting. Keep all SOPs up to date and ensure proper documentation of demand planning processes. Develop and implement an audit process to maintain data accuracy and process efficiency. Suggest and implement automation solutions to improve the efficiency of demand planning processes. Utilize tools like Power BI, Power Query, or VBA to streamline reporting and analytics. Prepare key process dashboards with detailed insights on demand planning performance. Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to forecast accuracy, customer consumption, and process efficiency. Work closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to refine forecasts and ensure alignment on key metrics. Support cross-functional initiatives that enhance forecasting accuracy and supply chain efficiency.
