Job Description: The Manager will combine strong technical experience with business acumen to facilitate the most effective development of business solutions. The Manager will guide technical teams during support, development, and solution delivery. The Manager will work closely with business, architecture, and technical teams to determine staffing needs, assign resources as required, and ensure the successful completion of projects with the highest quality and standards. The Manager will be responsible for enabling the continued career development of the team and ensuring the team is positioned to support new technologies and development approaches as necessary. Responsibilities: Provide leadership and direction to a team of professionals responsible for managing SAP ERP Master Data (ECC and S4 HANA) Collaborate with the IT and Business leadership teams to define and execute the roadmap Identify opportunities to enhance existing applications or introduce new technologies to drive business efficiency and innovation. Proactively work with partners in identifying areas in which standardization efforts can produce a strong value add. Ensure project targets are achieved and accurately quantify value creation following project implementation. Oversee the planning, development, configuration, deployment, testing, and ongoing maintenance of ECC and S4 Master Data modules. Review and approve ERP Master Data changes and partner with IT Change Board members to perform impact assessments. Conduct performance reviews and sets team goals. Work closely with other business and IT functional areas to accomplish Medline s Master Data and Compliance objectives. Set clear goals, objectives, and performance expectations for the team Coach, develop, mentor, and train team members to establish a consistent level of quality, accuracy, accountability, and compliance with department standards. Required Skills: 5+ years of work experience in Master Data and/or Quality and Regulatory Compliance areas 8+ years Consulting / Development experience in SAP in modules like MM or SD 3+ years of work experience managing team(s) Familiarity with Quality module in SAP or any third party Quality Management Systems is a plus. Demonstrated proficiency in gathering and translating business requirements into work products. Ability to self-direct and accomplish objectives as part of larger project teams. Demonstrated proficiency in complex problem-solving. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Educational Qualification: Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field Or equivalent work experience
