Job Description
Experience - 12- 18 yrs (with minimum 5-7 years in real estate)
- Supervising Day to day financial & accounting operations of companies.
- Preparation & Finalization of financial statements - Balance Sheet, P & L A/c, Cash Flow Statement.
- Budget & Forecasting.
- Monitoring Periodic Bank Reconciliation, Vendor Reconciliation and resolving the issues.
- GST Ensuring proper billing, monthly calculation of tax payable, online deposit & Return filing.
- Direct Tax ensuring Advance tax working & Tax Return filing
- TDS Ensuring proper deduction of TDS on bills, Calculation, deposit, Return & issuing Form 16 & Form 16A to concerned parties.
- Account Receivable / Account Payable handling.
- Preparing various MIS reports.
- Handling Internal, Statutory & Tax Audits.
- Handling & Supervising accounting team.
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
- Comply with financial policies and regulations/li>
