Job description
Job Overview: Oversee and manage daily activities related to Internal Control, management of payables and receivable, maintain financial records as per the accounting standards, resolve discrepancies and implement efficient processes by ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Manor Role & Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements,
and cash flow statements, to provide a clear overview of an organization's financial position
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in developing budgets, financial forecasts, and financial
models to help organizations plan and allocate resources effectively
- Financial Analysis: Assist in conducting financial analysis to assess profitability, cost-
effectiveness, and financial risks, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Auditing and Internal Control: Liaison with auditors to perform internal or external audits to
ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls, identifying and resolving any
discrepancies.
- Taxation: Managing tax compliance especially GST, TDS, including filing tax returns, tax
planning, and ensuring that the organization minimizes tax liabilities.
- Management Accounting: Provide financial information to support decision-making within the
organization, such as cost analysis and performance measurement.
- Financial Planning: Assist in creating and executing financial strategies, setting financial goals,
and monitoring progress toward achieving those goals
- Receivables and Payables Management.
Assist in developing compliance programs, policies, procedures, standards and guidelines
SPECIAL FEATURES
- Would have worked experience in manufacturing industry.
- Sound knowledge in Internal controls, Internal control policies preparation, support in audits,
RCM.
- Sound knowledge of GST and Withholding taxes
Preferred candidate profile
M.com, CA-Inter with 7 to 9 Years Exp. In a Manufacturing Company
Should be Data-drive
Advanced computer skills on MS Office
Accounting software and databases
Proven knowledge of book keeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations, internal control.
Ability to direct and supervise
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
