Sr Finance Manager

Job Summary:

As a Sr. Finance Manager for Enovix India, you will be an important contributor for the financial operations of our rapidly growing company. This position will be responsible for all Enovix India financial records and local compliances. This position will report to the Sr. Director of Finance. You must be a hands-on, roll up your sleeves type of manager and should enjoy a fast-paced, start-up environment.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for India site Finance functions including payroll, accounts payable, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, monthly cash flow.
• Responsible for month end closing and all local compliance activities.
• Timely completion of all financial statements. Ensure preparation of monthly work paper reconciliations, bank reconciliation and other local tax returns (sales tax, GST, ).
• Provide leadership, direction, training and support to ensure procedures, accounting systems and controls are in alignment with local reporting requirements and Corporate Policies.
• Manage payroll activities in close cooperation with HR; ensure compliance.
• Knowledgeable of US GAAP as well as India GAAP and be able to keep book in both regulatory.
• Key lead for interface with local statutory auditor to ensure local compliance and resolve any issues.
• Work with site management in the preparation of budgets and forecast.
• Manage cash flow on a weekly/monthly basis and prepare forecast and projections.
• Respond timely to adhoc data requests and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in accounting or finance is a must. MBA / CA / CPA is a plus.
• 12+ years of proven experience in financial and management Accounting.
• Prior experience working with multi-national companies, particularly US, is a must.
• Establish solid internal controls and perform continuous improvement activities.
• Strong finance business partnering experience.
• Excellent writing, strong verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel - vlookup, pivot tables, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
