Role Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Growth Manager to drive the expansion of Raksha Prime.This role is focused on partnerships and acquisition and the Growth Manager will play a pivotal role in building strong industry relationships. The role will also involve managing accounts as we grow the portfolio. Additionally, the candidate will be involved in onboarding of new accounts. So the Growth Manager will have end-to-end responsibility as an individual contributor. As a plus, the candidate will be able to influence the product positioning and roadmap.
The ideal candidate is someone with 5-7 years of experience in a B2B sales environment in startups, and should have worked across multiple channels to foster growth. The Growth Manager will work closely with senior leadership and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
○ Identify, engage, and onboard clients (e.g. insurers, brokers, and corporate).
○ Develop a tailored approach for different stakeholders, ensuring alignment with their needs.
○ Lead partnership-driven sales efforts, leveraging networks and industry events.
○ Own the end-to-end contract completion with clients
2.Market Positioning & Pricing Strategy:
○ Position Raksha Prime effectively in the market.
○ Contribute to pricing strategies while maintaining consistency across segments.
○ Educate potential clients on the unique value proposition of Raksha Prime
3.Stakeholder Engagement & Sales Enablement:
○ Train and enable internal teams (account managers, sales teams) on the product.
○ Create sales pitches, presentations, proposals, and training content for internal and external use.
○ Work closely with account managers to help them identify opportunities to pitch Raksha Prime.
○ Use email campaigns, content, and one-on-one engagements to drive internal alignment and lead generation
4.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
○ Work closely with the product team to align the product roadmap based on client insights.
○ Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery.
○ Represent Raksha Prime at industry events and conferences to build brand presence.
5.Relationship Building and Event participation:
○ Build strong, in-person relationships with insurers, brokers, and corporate clients.
○ Represent Raksha Prime in key industry forums and networking events.
Qualifications required: Any graduate degree
Key Skills:
Experience & Industry Exposure:
○ 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, growth, or partnerships.
○ Prior experience in startups is a must.
○ Exposure to healthcare, insurance, fintech, SaaS, or other B2B services is a plus
2.Sales & Stakeholder Management:
○ Strong listening and problem-solving skills to understand client needs and tailor solutions.
○ Experience selling to HR heads, CXOs, benefits managers, and senior leadership.
○ Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals efficiently.
○ Strong communication and storytelling skills to educate internal teams and external clients.
3.Product & Business Acumen:
○ Ability to influence product development based on market feedback.
○ Understanding of pricing strategies and product positioning.
