Role Overview:
Were seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Manager who can inspire, train, and lead a team of admission counselors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, optimizing lead handling processes, and ensuring a high conversion percentage from digital leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of counselors to achieve sales targets.
• Strategize and implement processes to improve lead conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the marketing and CRM teams to ensure seamless lead flow.
• Monitor counselor performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct training sessions.
• Track and analyze sales metrics, generate reports, and refine strategies as needed.
• Ensure timely and consistent follow-ups with prospective students.
• Foster a customer-first approach, addressing queries and concerns promptly.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the education or ed-tech sector.
