Job Description
- Belongs to commercial team
- Manage team and identify new business opportunities
- Mainly inside sales - but should be willing for sales visits / carrier visits especially if beneficial for their own customer development.
- Developing business plans.
- Collaborating with pricing teams help team for rate negotiations with carriers / NVOCC.
- Building relationships with customers / carrier / cha / transporter and other vendors.
- Understand customer need and provide effective plans.
- Complete control & handle in-house customers.
- Generate own customers from own contacts or by leads given by seniors
- Independent decisions on buy / sell to customers they responsible.
- Should be capable generate steady revenue out of assigned & self-generated customers.
- Revenue forecast and daily actions to be updated in our internal system CRM / formats
- Write / promote business with our network partners (WCA/GAL).
