Job Description
- Manage, mentor, and develop the inside sales team.
- Coach, train, evaluate and monitor inside sales executive performance.
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate Field Marketing.Manager for further development and closure.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to improve performance.
- Developing sales opportunities and assists in developing the pipeline for future sales activity through daily interactions.
- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement.
- Collaborating with the digital marketing team to ensure that the inside sales staff receive quality leads to pursue.
- Preparing accurate sales forecasts to assist the company in making sound business decisions.
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints.
- Build good relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Lead Nurturing: Consistent email follow-up with prospects until they schedule an appointment.
- Provide support to the field marketing team by inviting prospective customers.
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Proven experience as an Inside Sales Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Existing contacts in the OEM s process manufacturing industries preferred.
