Key skills for the job
i. Responsible for the Direct and Indirect sales made to Utilities segment in the Assigned Territory.
ii. Should have strong technical knowledge, and possess knowledge on latest technologies in the industry.
iii. Experience in handling Utility Customers/Contractors/Industrial Customers etc
iv. Preparing budget, following up on market status and forecasting trends in the Utility/industry and studying consumer behaviour
v. Managing, monitoring and guiding the Customers for effective closure of leads and achieve companys target
vi. Develop new businesses and products, as well as, expand new distribution Channels.
vii. Prepare List of Major Accounts and Projects Customers List including promotion plan and sales tools, in accordance with the annual marketing plan to achieve sales target
viii. Exploring new markets and customer opportunities.
ix. Maintaining cordial relationship with existing Customers, business partners and expand new distribution Channels/Agents
x. Should be regularly visiting the utilities, meet the Zones/Circles and their CEs, SEs, AEs etc and make effective presentations and explain the value proposition of our products
xi. Effectively involved in the pre-tendering stage.
xii. Promoting Time synchronizing, Asset and Energy Management solution to OEMs and Meter manufacturers
xiii. Should have experience in B2B marketing in industrial product sales/solution selling with strong domain knowledge in Electricals /Electronics
