No timing of going out Biasness in work distribution and more student centric that lead to caos as no balance between managing the students and employee. Some employees are making lobby in the name of work.

My experience at MSU has been truly enriching. Over the past six months, I have learned a lot and developed my skills in various domains. From contributing to curriculum development and collaborating with international companies for test administration to managing the newly opened Ahmedabad center—each challenge has been an opportunity for growth. None of this would have been possible without the incredible support from the team. My colleagues are not only talented but also extremely supportive, making the work environment positive and motivating. Grateful for this journey so far, and looking forward to more learning and contributions ahead!

I love the positive and supportive environment. It’s not all about working It’s like I'm growing. I learn so many things in very little time because of my team and senior support. They never make me feel like I'm inferior on something, and they make me help to understand things. I'm glad I joined here and got the opportunity to meet so many good people. Medhavi is not like a workplace for me. It's a family.
