I am writing this to bring to your attention pravesh sir . Tejash of msu is a arrogant , disrespectful and corrupt person. All he does is putting others down by his words, sentences and he thinks that everyone is below him so he can do and say anything to anyone. Rumours are that he is having an affair with the HRBP of the companyMs Anu who is in the company since the company started and Tejash joined new so tejash is misusing all the powers of Ms Anu in his favour and dominating , blackmailing and even threatening current as well as old employees. Rumors are even this that he is making calls to the ex employees who left in bad terms with him and company. And threatening them He has shouted out loud on all the members of medhavi skills university He has bunch of his favourite friend whom he give all the favours ( i know them by name ) others are just breathing heavily and trying to coexist. This one person playing so much politics in the company and enjoy the lavish life. Such example pravesh sir you are setting in the company that if this person don’t like u and even you are perfect you are gone . He will make sure to first break your mental piece and then make arrangements to the highest level by any unprofessional way possible to ruin your career. Pravesh sir i am not sure if you are aware of the malpractice of tejahs or not but i humbly beg u to plstake some stepsto prevent harsment in company there is no employee in msu who is mot ready to resign becz of this politics of tejash .
