Job Title: Inside Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead our inside sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Role & responsibilities
1. Lead and Manage Inside Sales Team: Recruit, train, and manage a team of inside sales representatives to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
2. Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies, tactics, and processes to drive revenue growth and expand customer base.
3. Set Sales Targets and Quotas: Establish and manage sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics for inside sales team.
4. Analyze Sales Performance and Metrics: Monitor and analyze sales performance, metrics, and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
5. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with company goals and objectives.
6. Develop and Maintain Sales Playbooks: Create and maintain sales playbooks, including sales scripts, objection handling, and sales processes.
7. Provide Coaching and Training: Provide regular coaching, training, and feedback to inside sales team to improve sales skills and performance.
8. Manage Sales Pipeline and Forecasting: Manage sales pipeline and forecasting to ensure accurate sales projections and revenue growth.
Preferred candidate profile
1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a B2B environment.
3. Proven track record of success in sales management, with a strong understanding of sales processes, strategies, and metrics.
4. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and metrics.
6. Experience with CRM software, such as (link unavailable).
7. Strong coaching and training skills, with the ability to develop and motivate a high-performing sales team.
Nice to Have:
1. MBA or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Experience with sales automation tools, such as SalesLoft or HubSpot.
3. Knowledge of sales methodologies, such as Sandler or Challenger Sales.
